My heart is aching as I look out to the sea...I want to do right but evil constantly pursues me...oh poor wretched man that I am...all I am is just a man...with many sins and faults hanging over me...from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet....but God saw fit to rescue me by giving me a life preserver so to speak...Jesus came and heale
